Little Snow White is the first in the Folio Collection, a series of monthly limited edition prints retelling stories from traditional fairy tales, each one sealed by hand with red wax.
Plate II depicts the moment the queen pricks her finger while sewing beside an open winter window. Three drops of blood fall upon the snow, and she wishes for a child with skin as white as snow, lips as red as blood, and hair as black as ebony.
It is here that the story begins.
A new archival fine art print releases monthly, accompanied by a vellum overlay bearing an original caption inspired by the illustration, and enclosed in a folio.
Limited to 100 numbered editions. Prints are available individually, but monthly subscribers receive the same edition number for the entire series.
