Returns & Damages Policy
Because many items offered through this shop are signed, numbered, or produced in limited quantities, not all purchases are eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or commissioned work
Eligible Returns
If an unsigned item is eligible for return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made with the order.
Any returns will be refunded to the original payment method or given as store credit.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@johannawesterman.com and include photographs of the damage and packaging. Whenever possible, I will arrange a replacement.Â
If items are damaged in shipment, I Â will send shipping a return box with prepaid shipping so you can return it/them to me.
