Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled by contacting info@johannawesterman.com before they have been prepared for shipment.

Once an item has been signed, numbered, personalized, packaged for shipment, or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

For subscription purchases, cancellations may be made at any time and will apply to future shipments only. Charges for shipments that have already been processed cannot be refunded.
